Confidentiality and Disclosures
General Policy:
All communications, including by direct phone calls with the Attorney and his office, text messages, mail, or other, are protected by attorney-client privilege and are therefore strictly confidential by default. As a current or prospective client, any information provided by you will be used for future reference by the firm, and will not be disclosed to anyone unless specifically requested by you.Â
Any information received through communications with Gevirtz Law Office are used for internal purposes only, unless otherwise requested by clients, prospective clients, or a third party engaging with Gevirtz Law Office. Information may include names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and general privileged information related to ongoing legal matters.
Marketing:
In light of the confidentiality policy described above, mobile information (phone numbers) and opt-in consent will never be used for marketing or any other purposes. All communications with the Attorney and his office with prospective or current clients are solely for the purpose of consultations, providing legal advice, and other communications related to representation. Communication with non-clients or non-prospective clients also falls within the described policy.
